Description


Cap: 

2-4cm Typically tawny brown, but vary variable. Delevops wavy margin or groved.


Gills: 

Very widely spaced, powdery. Adnexed or slightly decurrent.


Stem: 

4-8cm tough and fibrous. Same colour as cap.


Spores: 

White


Flesh: 

Thin and slightly paler than the cap.


Habitat: 

In troups in woodland
